Service Description

Ken’s Signature Facial is my staple facial, and it's tailored to the individual. When you visit me, you can expect your facial to be entirely customized to you, your skin type, and your concerns - so that your skin's health will only continue to improve over time. I created this treatment by drawing from my extensive experience and by blending holistic and clinical ingredients. I custom-blend each Signature Facial to help firm, hydrate, correct and clarify the skin to restore its optimum texture, look and feel. This intensive facial treatment provides maximum results in a single treatment. While the process is generally customized towards the individual, it typically looks a little like this: I begin with a thorough evaluation of your skin so that we can customize your treatment and products towards your concerns. A thorough double cleansing of the face to remove any dirt, makeup, oil, etc. so we can start the treatment with a clean, fresh face. Hand selected exfoliant will exfoliate away dead surface skin cells, preparing the face for optimal cleansing and absorption of active ingredients.Depending on skin type, steam may be used. (Extractions will be performed after this step, if needed) An invigorating facial massage to activate marma/acupressure points in the face as well as relieve muscle tension in the face. This is beneficial for concerns like TMJ, headaches, sinus issues, lymphatic drainage, and stress. Hand selected treatment mask that will immediately help improve the quality of your skin. I always finish by layering carefully selected serums, hydrators and SPF to have you walking out looking and feeling your very best. You’ll also get recommendations for an at-home skincare regimen if wanted.

Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. I understand things come up that are out of your control, so please reach out to me if you need to cancel. If it is a valid reason I will not charge the 50% fee. If you repeatedly cancel less than 24 hours notice I will begin to charge the 50% fee. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. I recognize the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. When you schedule your appointment with me, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive an email when your appointment is booked. Please make sure to check your email and be aware of any emails coming from Skin by Ken. There is an automated email appointment reminder that will go out 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule before the cancellation period- please call, text, email, or message me on social media. Those are the only acceptable forms of communication for cancelling/rescheduling. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled service. It is the clients responsibility to read our policies, pre care, aftercare, contraindications and disclaimers. It is the clients responsibility to read all appointment reminders. Please note: For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. Rather, our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique token that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account.
